SHFCA2023 Hydrogen Scotland will highlight the critical importance of partnerships and joint activities as an enabler for scaling up clean hydrogen production and demand in Scotland and across the North Sea region. Our 15th annual conference brings industry, academia, and the public sector to celebrate the growing hydrogen economy, with invited speakers sharing their experience and insights to help accelerate the deployment of hydrogen and fuel cells for the clean energy transition.
Aberdeen is now moving from demonstration projects to larger scale and wider deployment, supported by local initiatives including the Energy Transition Zone adjacent to the new South Harbour and the strategic Aberdeen Hydrogen Hub partnership between bp and Aberdeen City Council. SHFCA2023 will highlight the critical importance of establishing local supply chains and skills with hydrogen as a key part of this clean energy transition.
