Safe Net Zero 2023 Hydrogen

  • Queen Elizabeth II Centre Broad Sanctuary, Westminster London SW1P 3EE United Kingdom (map)

Safety remains a critical success factor for the potential of hydrogen. ‘Safe Net Zero 2023 – Hydrogen’ builds upon the success of three previous events, with an exciting agenda offering the very latest information and thinking from those working to safely develop and deploy hydrogen technologies. If you work in hydrogen, the opportunity for the cross-sector learning that this event provides is not to be missed.

The UK is rapidly progressing some of the world’s most innovative hydrogen projects as part of the energy mix it requires to meet 2050’s net zero target. The recently published Energy Security Strategy reaffirms the UK’s commitment to hydrogen: aiming to generate up to 10GW of low carbon hydrogen production capacity by 2030, double the previous ambition.

This means the technology landscape for hydrogen continues to develop at pace and Government, industry and innovators all need to continue to pull in the same direction if they are to successfully unlock hydrogen’s potential as a low carbon energy carrier.

‘Safe Net Zero 2023 – Hydrogen’ is back with an exciting agenda offering the very latest information and thinking from those working to safely develop and deploy hydrogen technologies.
