Orion Innovations LLP provides strategic and business development support to new ventures and growth phase businesses in the low carbon sector. The team has specific expertise in new energy technologies, in particular fuel cell and hydrogen technologies. We work closely with organisations to:

• define the critical path for early technology commercialisation (including market entry strategy, business planning, IP position and implementation support)
• provide pragmatic support for growth phase businesses (including strategy and plan alignment, market opportunity identification, and implementation support)
• define options for expansion and directional growth in more mature companies (including strategic option analysis, financial modelling and M&A support).

Support may be in the form of mentoring, interim management or consultancy support, depending upon the needs of the organisation. Our team are all mature and experienced consultants who have previous „hands on‟ experience of working in start up businesses in the low carbon sector.

Orion Innovations also offers specialist advice to large corporate organisations, venture funds, investment banks, Government institutions and others seeking to interact with businesses in the low carbon sector.

Orion Innovations is part of the consortium led by TUVNEL Ltd providing commercialization support to companies and projects at the Scottish Enterprise Energy Technology Centre (ETC).

Orion Innovations is particularly interested in working with other organisations in the development and execution of commercial projects involving the deployment of the hydrogen infrastructure.
