Intelligent Energy-Europe call for proposals

IEE has just published its 2010 call for proposals with 56 million euros on the table. IEE mostly funds capacity and knowledge building. They do not fund hardware but of course hardware projects often involve educational element, dissemination, knowledge sharing and so forth.
